Our speaker will be Owen Boak, Chair of the Australasian Council of the Restoration Industry Association (RIA). Owen will be speaking to us about the RIA and The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and how their partnership has assisted through the COVID-19 crisis, and in their strategic partnership to elevate knowledge and professionalism within the industry.

Owen Boak is the Chairperson of RIA in Australasia and a member of the international Board of the Restoration Industry Association. A RIA Certified Restorer Owen has been involved in the Restoration and Remediation industry for nearly 30 years. Owen will be presenting on the relationship between RIA and the IICRC and how this relationship and others like it benefit our greater industry and what the Restoration Industry Association in Australia is doing.
